Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Freight Shipping: Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders ship via freight carrier (LTL). Freight shipping is different from standard parcel delivery — please read the following carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Appointment: Our freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the phone number on your order is current. Deliveries are made Monday–Friday during business hours. Someone must be present to receive the shipment.
Curbside Delivery: Standard freight delivery is curbside only. The carrier will bring your item to the curb or end of your driveway. Inside delivery, stair carry, and room-of-choice placement are not included unless arranged separately.
Inspect Before Signing: Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the packaging and the item for any visible damage. If damage is found, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@noble-cellars.com. Signing without noting damage may affect your ability to file a freight claim.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.
Delivery Timeframe: After processing, freight deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
