Price Match Guarantee
At NobleCellars, we work hard to offer competitive pricing on all of our wine storage products, including wine cellars, cooling systems, and wine racks. If you find the same item available for a lower price at another authorized online retailer, let us know and we will match that price.
Price Match Rules & Conditions
- The item must be purchased from NobleCellars before a price match request is submitted.
- The competing item must be identical — same manufacturer, model number, and configuration.
- The competing item must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of the price match request.
- The lower price must be clearly displayed on the competitor's website (not implied through promotions, coupons, bundle deals, or checkout discounts).
- Price match is only valid against authorized online retailers of wine storage equipment. It does not apply to auction sites (e.g., eBay), marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon third-party sellers), discount or liquidation sites, or wholesale clubs.
- Price match requests must be submitted within five (5) days of your NobleCellars purchase.
- Price match is not available on items already discounted or part of a promotional offer.
- Certain brands or vendors may be excluded. Contact us for details.
How to Request a Price Match
Email us at sales@noble-cellars.com with your order number and a link to the lower-priced listing. Our team will review your request and respond within one business day.
